Annual Trophies

The Wal Harris Memorial Trophy

In memory of one of the club’s founding committee members. Awarded to the HRA member considered by the committee to be the most improved navigator in club championship events throughout the year

The John Armitage Memorial Trophy

In memory of a long standing motor sport supporter and founding HRA member. Awarded to the HRA member considered by the committee to be the most improved driver throughout the year.

Clubman Of The Year

Awarded for outstanding service in club events rendered to the club by a non committee member throughout the year.

The Hilary Garth Memorial Official Of The Year

Awarded for outstanding service in club events rendered to the club by a non-committee member throughout the year.

The Gil Davis Memorial Trophy

In memory of a long standing motor sport supporter and founding HRA member. Awarded each year to the Masters Champion Driver. First awarded in 2005.

The Brian “Sonny” Robson Memorial Trophy

In memory of motor sport supporter, rallyist and photographer, Brian Robson. This trophy was struck after his death and was previously awarded to winners of the Western Regions Series and the Robson Cup series. The trophy was offered to the HRA in 2005 by Mick Rossi, the “guardian” of the trophy. Because of the trophy’s heritage in navigational events, it was decided to award it each year to the Masters Champion Navigator. First awarded in 2005.

HRA President's Award

The HRA President may make an award each year to a member who has made a significant contribution to the club. This was first awarded in 2010.

Annual Championship Trophies

HRA Rally Champions

Awarded to winning driver and navigator in each class club championship events throughout the year. Classes are:

  • R25-2WD
  • R25-4WD
  • H81
  • P81
  • Masters
  • Novices

HRA Touring Champions

Awarded to winning driver and navigator and HRA Touring Championship events throughout the year.

HRA Autocross and Rallysprint Champions

Awarded to winning Drivers and Co-Drivers in nominated championship events throughout the year. This series was first conducted in 2024. Competition classes are:

  • R25-2WD
  • R25-4WD
  • H81
  • P81

HRA Standard Car Class Champions

Awarded to winning Drivers and Navigators in both rally and autocross championship series in each of the Standard Car Class competition groups.
