Down the Drains
Down the Drains is a touring event run by the HRA. It is conducted in West Gippsland - drain country.
It is a round of the 2025 Pro Rally Standard Car Class Championship and round of the 2025 HRA Touring Championship.
Hosted at the Pakenham Auto Club, this event offers something for everyone:
🔍 Novice Section (09:30–11:30 AM):
Beginner-friendly and mapped out to ensure a fun experience without the fear of getting lost (too often!). Bring a compass, maybe a trip meter, and definitely a magnifying glass.
🔥 Lunch Break (around 11:30 AM – 1:00 PM):
Enjoy a laid-back barbeque with fellow rally lovers while you prepare for Section 2.
🧭 Experts Section (1:00–5:00 PM):
Navigate your way using historic 1931 maps in this more challenging test of skills and attention to detail. Even seasoned competitors will be kept on their toes!
All standard passenger cars can participate — no special mods needed, just a Magnifying glass.
